Kevin Taheri- Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Taheri has over 15 years of
experience in the manufacturing and processing of food and
nutritional supplements. Mr. Taheri began his Career with MD
Labs in 1991 where he helped the launch of one of the most
successful sport supplement product lines world wide. In 1996
he left MD Labs to start SMI Manufacturing. SMI Manufacturing is a
leading manufacturer of protein drinks, food, and many other herbs
and supplements. In 2002 Mr. Taheri purchased previous
employer MD Labs and created new relationships with big box
retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, etc. In 2004 Mr. Taheri
launched Phoenix Food Industries a company focused on products for
chronic ailments. His success in the nutraceutical industry is a
result of the many relationships he has built and continues to grow.
His expertise has allowed him to operate one of the finest FDA
inspected and European Union approved facilities on the west coast
of the United States. Combining his knowledge of nutraceutical
products and manufacturing standards has made him a leader in the
industry and a strong contributor to Phoenix Food Industries.
David Matloff-Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Matloff has been in private CPA practice for 20+ years. His
direct involvement in the creation of PFI and all its subsidiaries
has allowed him to carefully craft a conservative business path that
has yielded carefully planned steady controlled growth.

Dr. Robert Foster-Chief Science Officer
Dr. Foster received his PhD in Chemistry from Harvard University.
He then went on to become a NSF Fellow at Stanford University. He
has extensive international business experience running a wholly
owned subsidiary for Sony. He simultaneously was a joint creator of
the Renasci Institute whose focus on anti aging and chronic disease
disorders has led to patented ingredients which are employed in
PFI’s exciting technology.

Michael Christopher, Esquire-Corporate Counsel
Transactional practice concentrated on public and private
securities offerings (equity and debt), mergers and acquisitions,
venture capital investments, and general corporate law.
Representations include clients in a wide variety of industries,
including biotechnology and life sciences, semiconductor and
electronics technology, manufacturing, financial services, consumer
goods, banking, homebuilding, commercial construction, information
technology and similar services, as well as representation of
investment banks, venture capital firms and other financial
intermediaries. Also concentrated on channel contract
negotiation and drafting, including OEM and other manufacturing and
supply agreements, distribution agreements (domestic and
international), software and other technology licensing, joint
development and research agreements, strategic alliances, and
internet related agreements.
Litigation and litigation advisory practice concentrated on
shareholder suits, corporate control contests, including control and
related litigation involving closely held businesses, commercial
contract litigation and general trial practice. Mr.
Christopher is the compass PFI follows through the litigious waters
of today’s business world.

Matt Lebowitz- Vice President Operations
Mr. Lebowitz has a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University. He is
also a certified personal trainer and he is weight management
certified. He has years of experience in the health and fitness
industry and he managed one of the top vitamin and health shops in
Arizona for the better part of his professional career. Mr. Lebowitz
has extensive knowledge of nutritional products and their benefits
and has contributed greatly to the formulations and ingredients in
the PFI product line. Because of his expertise on physiology and
nutrition he has been able to help make Phoenix Food Industries one
of the strongest supplement companies in the Nutraceutical market.

Brandon Martin-Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Martin joined Phoenix Food Industries after
a successful career with IBM. He recruited for, trained and
controlled a multimillion dollar direct marketing division for IBM.
He has brought his experience and expertise in marketing and call
center solutions to PFI creating a state of the art sales and
customer service call center. Mr. Martin’s focus on customer service
and quality control have helped make Phoenix Food Industries a
leader in the Nutraceutical market.
